How to Create a Business Portfolio, Add Page, Create Ad Account & Add Payment Method & How to Give Access to Agency
1. How to Create Business Portfolio
Access Business Suite:
Log in to your Facebook account and go to https://business.facebook.com/
Click on the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Create "Business Portfolio."
After Click Create Business Portfolio add name or email address
Next to create
Add Business Information:
In the "Business Info" section, add your business details such as name, address, phone number, and website.
Upload your business logo and other relevant images.
You can set all your Business details once here and Save this.
After this you can see below type page: now we can do
2. How to Add Page in your Business portfolio
Now Next step is to go to setting in left side menu.
Next step is to click on pages
Next here you can Add your page and then select first option
Next step: search your page and select and click on next and fill other information
3. How to Create Add Account
Now Next Step is to Create Add Account
Click on Add button
Click create New Ad Account
Now Follow one by one step and create Ad Account
4. How to Add Payment Method
Now Next Step is Create Payment Method
On the left side click on Billing & Payment Method
Next you can go to Payment method or add business payment method and follow the steps
5. How to Give Access to Agency
How to Give Access to Agency or Other People
Go to your Business Portfolio Setting and click on People & Invite People
Add people here you can add email address ([email protected]) of Agency or Other People and follow the next steps
Next you can see here give Full Control Everything Access also in View advanced options give access
In advanced options Give access of both View and manage
Next is to Assign Business Assets select page Confirm selection and you have to Enable Full control Everything as below both image
Next you can see below type page and send invitation to Agency or other people.
